If there is a defect from suppliers and our production, will be refunded 10% - 20% depend on the defect on the product
There is life time guarantee for your products if it was damaged after your use (not deliberately broke it) you can send them back to us for free reparations , you only need to pay the shipments fee (from your house to our workplace and the shipment back). As long as the component are still in full condition, there will be a charge for the items if; the acrylic is broke, the jewelry is totally broke and/or things that can't be restored and need to buy a new materials.
